Abacus Storage King (ASK) reported a 1.5% annual increase in Established RevPAM to $341 per square metre per annum. Occupancy across the portfolio is down 20 basis points to 90.5% (by area) on established assets. The group has a Weighted Average Capitalisation Rate of 5.43% (down 2 bps over the year).
National Storage REIT (NSR) notes Reportable Group RevPAM at $286 per square metre per annum (up 3.59% since December 2025) with Reportable Group Occupancy at 81.7% (annual increase of 140 bps) and a Weighted Average Primary Capitalisation Rate of 5.87% (down 2 bps over the year).
